The schedule is presented using the modified accrual basis of accounting. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. At June 30, 2022, federal awards expended for loan programs were outstanding of $17,720,294 on loans obtained through the Capitalization Grants for Clean Water State Revolving Fund (66.458). Principal payments during the current fiscal year were $1,068,036.
