De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: Scheurer Hospital has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. Scheurer Hospital is a member of Scheurer Healthcare Network (SHN), a Michigan nonprofit corporation and a holding company for various healthcare entities. Scheurer Hospital is a nonprofit, nonstock corporation that is licensed as a 25-bed acute care and 19-bed long-term care facility which also operates physician clinics located in Bad Axe, Pigeon, Caseville, Elkton, and Sebewaing, Michigan. The Hospital, which is located in Pigeon, Michigan, provides inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, long-term care, and emergency healthcare services.
