Title: Loan/loan guarantee outstanding balances Accounting Policies: (a) Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. (b) Homeport has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance. (c) Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented when available. (d) The Section 202 Capital Advances received by Homeport and Elim Senior Housing, Inc. are reported as net assets with donor restrictions at December 31, 2022. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The auditee did not use the de minimis cost rate. SUPPORTIVE HOUSING FOR THE ELDERLY (14.157)-The outstanding balance of loan and loan guarantee programs at December 31, 2022 with continuing compliance requirements which are reported as federal expenditures on the accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards was $7,710,300.
