The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) presents activity of all federal awards programs of Camuy Health Services, Inc. All federal awards received directly from federal agencies, as well a federal award passed through other agencies to Camuy Health Services, Inc. are included in the accompanying schedules.
1. Expenditures reported in the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in Subpart E of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulation Part 200, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. 2. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available and applicable.
The Assistance Listing Number (ALN) is a five-digit number assigned to federal assistance programs. Assistance listings provide detailed public descriptions of federal programs that offer grants, loans, scholarships, insurance, and other types of federal assistance.
No federal grant dollar has been passed-through to sub-recipient
The Organization has elected not to use the minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance, which is 10 percent of modified total direct costs for Federal awards subject to the requirements in effect prior to October 1, 2024, and up to 15 percent of modified total direct costs for Federal awards subject to the revised Uniform Guidance effective October 1, 2024.
Revenues and expenses of the Federal Awards programs are included in the Organization’s financial statements.
