The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal award activity of Healthy Relationships California under programs of the Federal Government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Healthy Relationships California, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Healthy Relationships California.

2025-001 The audit report and data collection form not submitted as required Federal Program: Healthy Marriage Promotion and Responsible Fatherhood Grants ALN: 93.086 Compliance Requirement: Reporting Repeat Finding: No Type of Finding: Noncompliance, Significant Deficiency Questioned Costs: None Criteria: In accordance with Title 2 CFR § 200.512 (a), the audit package and the data collection forms shall be submitted 30 days after receipts of the auditor’s report, or nine months after the end of the fiscal year end date, whichever comes first. Condition: The Single Audit Report for the year ended December 31, 2025, was not submitted to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse within the required period. Cause: Management did not provide necessary documents needed for the audit in a timely manner. Effect: Healthy Relationships California is not in compliance with the requirement of Title 2 § CFR 200.512 (a). Recommendation: Healthy Relationships California management should ensure the audit is completed within the required time period and submitted to the Federal Audit Clearinghouse promptly. Management’s Response: Healthy Relationships California concurs with the finding and has begun implementing corrective actions.
