Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Digital Harbor Foundation, Inc. (The Organization or DHF) under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Digital Harbor Foundation, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in assets, or cash flows of Digital Harbor Foundation.
Although the DHF’s Department of Treasury Grant Programs have been audited in accordance with federal requirements, these programs may still be subject to other financial and compliance audits. The amount, if any, of expenditures which may be disallowed as a result of other financial and compliance audits by the granting agency cannot be determined at this time, although the DHF expects such amounts, if any, to be immaterial.
