Notes to SEFA

The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the Organization under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization, it is not intended to and does not present the consolidating financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of the Organization.
The Schedule, previously issued on August 18, 2025, has been restated because the Schedule improperly excluded $675,933 of expenditures. The Schedule has been corrected to report the total amounts of federal expenditures. A summary of the changes to the Schedule is as follows: Previosly Stated Adjustment Restated Schedule of expenditures of federal awards Subtotal 21.027 $ 275,895 $ 450,038 $ 725,933 Total U.S. Department of Treasury $ 275,895 $ 450,038 $ 725,933 Subtotal 14.251 $ - $ 225,895 $ 225,895 Total U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development $ - $ 675,933 $ 675,933 Total Expenditures of Federal Awards $ 853,931 $ 675,933 $ 1,529,864
