Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal and State Awards presents the activity of all federal financial assistance programs of Boys & Girls Club of Central Texas, Inc. and Affiliates, (the “Club”) for the year ended December 31, 2025. The Club’s reporting entity is defined in the Notes to the Club’s consolidated financial statements. Federal and state financial assistance received directly from federal and state agencies and other agencies are included in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal and State Awards.
The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal and State Awards is presented using the accrual basis of accounting. The accrual basis of accounting is described in Note 2 of the consolidated financial statements. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of OMB Uniform Guidance and Texas Grant Management Standards.
None of the Federal or State programs expended by the Club were provided to subrecipients.
The Club did not elect to apply the de minimis indirect cost rate.
