Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant activity of Parkview Services under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Parkview Services, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, functional expenses or cash flows of Parkview Services.
Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available.
The Organization had the following loans outstanding at December 31, 2025. The loan balances outstanding are also included in the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule: Community Development Block Grants/Entitlement Grants 14.218 $2,515,823; Community Development Block Grants/State's program and Non-Entitlement Grants in Hawaii 14.228 $306,528; Rental Housing Rehabilitation 14.230 $97,217; Home Investment Partnerships Program 14.239 $2,371,509; COVID-19 Economic Injury Disaster Assistance Loan 59.008 $553,424
Parkview Services has elected not to use the de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance
