Federal expenditures for the HOME Investment Partnerships Program passed through the Town of Amherst, New York include $600,000 of a loan outstanding for which the grantor imposes continuing compliance requirements. The loan bears interest at 0% with interest only payments annually for 30 years after which the accrued interest and principal is due at the maturity date. The loan matures in 2055. At December 31, 2025, the loan funded by the HOME Investment Partnerships Program had a balance of $600,000.
