Title: (A) General Accounting Policies: The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards is presented using the modified accrual basis of accounting. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The City has elected to not use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate. The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal awards of the City and Component Unit School Board. The City Uniform Guidance reporting entity is defined in Note 1, Reporting Entity, to the City's basic financial statements. The Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards does not include federal funding of $248,500 in the General Fund. This amount represents indirect costs from other federally assisted programs administered by the City and is included in the federal revenue.
