Delaware County Transit Board shows the above on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (SEFA) the organizations federal grant activity under the programs of the federal government for the fiscal year ending 12/31/2025. The SEFA is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards. This schedule only shows grant activity through the federal government and does not present the financial position, changes in net position, or cash flows of Delaware County Transit Board
Expenditures reported in Delaware County Transit Board's SEFA report are prepared using the accrual basis of accounting as required by the Uniform System of Accounts (USOA) for Federal Transit laws.
Delaware County Transit Board has elected to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rates as allowed under the USOA guidelines.
