The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with therequirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, UniformAdministrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards.Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of CCS, it is notintended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flowsof CCS. De Minimis Rate Used: Y Rate Explanation: Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting.Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the UniformGuidance for all awards with the exception of Assistance Listing 21.019, which followscriteria determined by the Department of Treasury for allowability of costs. Under theseprinciples, certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as toreimbursement. Pass-through entity identifying numbers are presented where available.CCS elected to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate for federal awards made onor after December 26, 2014, and for funding increments (additional funding on existingawards) with modified terms and conditions that are awarded on or after that date fordivisions other than Northwest. Of the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule, CCS provided none of the federalawards to subrecipients.
