Certain funds are passed through to subrecipient organizations or institutes by the Organization. Expenditures incurred by the subrecipients, and reimbursed by the Organization, are included in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards. For the year ended December 31, 2025, the Organization had two subrecipients who received $553,960 (or 37% of subrecipient funding).
NextGen Policy’s federal award includes certain matching requirements, which is at least 20% of total expenditures. Cost sharing must meet the requirements of the U.S. Department of Labor ‒ WIOA Adult Program to be allowable.
