De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: The agency has not elected to use the 10-percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance. The Agency submitted as part of the Area Plan Budget to the State of Washington, its Indirect Cost Allocation Plan. The allocation plan defines using indirect allocations based on relative value of expenditures of the programs being allocated to. The Area Plan Budget was approved.
