The information in this Schedule ispresented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for FederalAwards (Uniform Guidance), and the State Single Audit Guidelines. Because the Schedulepresents only a selected portion of the operations of Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health,Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, orcash flows of Wisconsin Alliance for Infant Mental Health, Inc.NOTE 2SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIESExpenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Suchexpenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance andthe Allowable Cost Policy Manual, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or arelimited as to reimbursement.
