The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of New Start Youth Facility, Inc., (the Organization) and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The federal information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and the Uniform Guidance. The Organization has elected not to use the 15% de minimis indirect cost rate, as the Organization has no indirect costs.
