The accomapnying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Home Headquarters, Inc. and Affiliates. The schedule includes expenditures of federal programs received directly from federal agencies, as well as federal assistance passed through other organizations. The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards has been prepared in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because this schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Home Headquarters, Inc. and Affiliates, it is not intended to and does not present the consolidated financial position, consolidated change in net assets, consolidated cash flows or consolidated functional expenses of Home Headquaters, Inc. and Affiliates.
Expenditures reported on the schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting. Such expenditures are recognized following the cost principles contained in the Uniform Guidance, wherein certain types of expenditures are not allowable or are limited as to reimbursement.
Indirect costs are included in the reported expenditures to the extent they are included in the federal financial reports for the program. Home Headquarters, Inc. and Affiliates has not elected to use the de minimis indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
Matchnig costs, i.e., Home Headquarters, Inc. and Affiliates' share of certain program costs, are not included in the reported expenditures.
The revolving loan programs are administered directly by Home Headquarters, Inc. and Affiliates and balances and transactions relating to these programs are included in Home Headquaters, Inc. and Affiliates' financial statements. The net balance of the loans outstanding under the revolving loan programs was $13,205,149 at April 30, 2026.
Home Headquarters, Inc. and Affiliates does not have any subrecipients of federal awards.
