Notes to SEFA
The consolidated schedule of expenditures of federal awards and state financial assistance (the "Schedule") includes the federal and state award activity of Affordable Housing Alliance, Inc. and Subsidiaries (the "Organization") under programs of the federal and state government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards ("Uniform Guidance"). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Organization it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Organization.
The consolidated financial statements of the Organization include the accounts and activities of the Organization as a whole. The federal expenditures for one of the Organization’s related entities, Allen House, Inc. (“Allen House”), in the amount of $1,622,700, have not been included in the accompanying Schedule for the year ended December 31, 2025. Allen House’s federal expenditures have been included in Allen House's schedule of expenditures of federal awards, which is included in its separate Uniform Guidance single audit for the year ended December 31, 2025 under Allen House's Employer Identification Number 36-4739436.
