The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (“the schedule”) includes the federal grant activity of Mosdos Satmar BP Inc. under programs of the federal government for the year ended August 31, 2025. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirement of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Mosdos Satmar BP Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of Mosdos Satmar BP Inc.
The amount of food commodities reported on the schedule is the value of food commodities distributed by Mosdos Satmar BP Inc. and priced as prescribed by the United States Department of Agriculture.
Mosdos Satmar BP Inc. did not provide any federal awards to subrecipients.
Mosdos Satmar BP Inc. has elected to use the 15 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
