There was no insurance related to federal awards reported in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards at December 31, 2025. The Commission received one loan from the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency in fiscal year 2025. During the year ended December 31, 2025, $2,784,237 of the loan was forgiven, and the balance on the loan was $838,072 at year end.
