Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant activity of NeighborWorks® Southern New Hampshire and Affiliates (NWSNH) for the year ended March 31, 2026. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this Schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the basic consolidated financial statements. For purposes of the Schedule, federal awards include all federal assistance entered into directly or indirectly between the federal government and NWSNH. Since the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the activities of NWSNH, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, and cash flows of NWSNH.
The Public Housing Capital Fund, HOME Investment Partnerships Program, and Community Development Block Grants/Entitlement Grants expenditures include outstanding loan balances of $4,534,299 at March 31, 2026.
