Notes to SEFA
The Westmoreland County Airport Authority (WCAA) is the reporting entity for financial reporting purposes as defined in Note 1A of the WCAA's financial statements. The schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes only the expenditures of the WCAA.
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards is presented using the modified accrual basis of accounting, which is described in Note 1 to the WCAA's financial statements. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). WCAA did not elect to use the 10% de mimis indirect cost rate allowed under uniform guidance.
