The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant activity
of Bais Ruchel D’Satmar Inc. and Affiliated Entities (the institution), for the year ended August 31, 2025.
The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S.
Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principals, and Audit Requirements
for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the
organization, it is not intended to and does not present the
financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the organization.
The institution did not provide any federal funds to subrecipients.
Expenditures reported under ALN 10.555 – National School Lunch Program represent the combined costs of the
institution’s federally supported meal services. The total amount reported includes:
Federal Lunch: $3,955,741 • Federal Snack: 597,261 • Commodities: 357,952
These components are aggregated in accordance with federal reporting
requirements for the Child Nutrition Cluster and are presented as a single total
under ALN 10.555 on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards.
The amount of food commodities reported on the schedule is the value of food
commodities distributed by the institution and priced as prescribed
by the United States Department of Agriculture.
