Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) presents the federal fund expenditures of all federal award programs of the Organization for the year ended September 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in this Schedule may differ from amounts presented in or used in the preparation of the Organization’s financial statements.
Amounts reflected in the financial reports filed with grantor agencies for the programs and the supplementary schedules may not agree because of accruals included in the next report filed with the agencies, matching requirements not included in the Schedule and different program year ends.
The Organization did not have any loans or loan guarantee programs required to be reported on the Schedule for the year ended September 30, 2025.
The Organization received noncash federal assistance of client housing in the amount of $738,733 for the year ended September 30, 2025 and is presented on Schedule in accordance with 2 CFR 200.502 (f) and the Organization recognized this noncash federal assistance as an in-kind match as allowed by the grant agreements.
