The beginning outstanding balances of loans under the CFDA: 10-415 - Rural Rental Housing Loan Program with continuing compliance requirements presented in the schedule is $941,084, which is the sum of $163,391 and $777,693. As of December 31, 2025, the outstanding balance of the loans were $138,728 and $752,203 respectively.
