The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the Regional Food Bank of Northeastern New York, Inc. (Food Bank) under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Food Bank, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Food Bank.
Federal awards expended in the form of noncash assistance during the year ended December 31, 2025 have been reported at the fair market value of the commodities received and distributed. At December 31, 2025, the Food Bank had food commodities inventory totaling $689,822
The Emergency Food Assistance Program (Commodities) (TEFAP) The Food Bank provided federal awards to eligible programs. The value of the commodities distributed totaled $11,422,395 during 2025. State Administrative Matching Grants for the Hunger Prevention Nutrition Assistance Program The Food Bank provided operation support grants to eligible programs during 2025. None of this amount was expended from federal awards.
