Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards presents the activity of all federal financial assistance programs of the St. Charles Parish Council (the “Parish”). The Parish reporting entity is defined in Note 1 to the basic financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2025. All federal financial assistance received directly from federal agencies is included on the schedule, as well as federal financial assistance passed-through other government agencies. There were no federal loans with ongoing compliance requirements, no federally funded insurance, and no noncash assistance.
Revenue was received from the following grant programs for amounts expended in prior years. These amounts received have not been reported on a previous Schedule of Federal Expendituresl
The Parish has no federally funded insurance.
The Parish did not receive any federal non-cash assistance for the year ended December 31, 2025.
There is no outstanding balance for any Loan and Loan Guarantee Programs as of December 31, 2025.
