The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards presents the activity of all federal financial assistance programs of North Coast Energy Services, Inc. under programs of the Federal Government for the year ended December 31, 2025. Because the schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of North Coast Energy Services, Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of North Coast Energy Services, Inc.
The North Coast Energy Services, Inc. has received federal grants for specific purposes that are subject to review and audit by the Federal Government pass-through entity. Although such audits could result in expenditure disallowance under grant terms, any required reimbursements are not expected to be material which have not already been recorded.
