The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal award activity of the City of Bolivar, Missouri, under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the City of Bolivar, Missouri, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position, or cash flows of the City of Bolivar, Missouri.
The City of Bolivar, Missouri, did not provide funds to subrecipients in the current year.
$232,210 and $356,087 of Economic Development Initiative, Community Project Funding, and Miscellaneous Grants funds that were expended in the years ended December 31, 2023 and 2024, respectively, are included in the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards for the year ended December 31, 2025. The expenditures were identified as program expenses during the current fiscal year and have been reported on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards in accordance with reporting requirements.
