As part of its Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program, the City elects to administer portable vouchers totaling $1,171,772 and related administration fees totaling $85,514, as the receiving public housing authority (PHA) for various other initial PHAs throughout the United States. The City does not consider these amounts received from the initial PHAs to be subrecipient payments and, therefore, they are excluded from the Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers program above.
