Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the “Schedule”) includes the Federal award activity of New York Institute for Human Development, Inc. (“IHD”) under programs of the Federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (“Uniform Guidance”). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of IHD, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of IHD.
IHD participated in the Capital Magnet Fund program administered by the Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (“CDFI Fund”) under the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008. Federal expenditures of $3,239,289 for the year ended December 31, 2025, are included in the accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards under Assistance Listing Number 21.011. No amounts were provided to subrecipients during the year ended December 31, 2025.
