There were no federal awards expended in the form of noncash assistance by the Organization during the year ended June 30, 2025.
There were no pass-through amounts to sub recipients associated with the programs appearing in the Schedule.
Indirect costs are included in the reported expenditures to the extent they are included in the federal financial reports used as the source for the data presented. The Organization has not elected to use the 10% de minimus indirect cost rate as allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
