The Center did not provide federal awards to subrecipients during the year ended February 28, 2026.
The major federal program of the Center is the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services – Head Start (93.600). The purpose of the Head Start program is to promote school readiness by enhancing the social and cognitive development of low-income children, including children on federally recognized reservations and children of migratory farm works, through the provision of comprehensive health, educational, nutritional, social and other services; and to involve parents in their children d their educational, literacy and employment goals. Head Start also emphasizes the significant involvement of parents in the administration of their local Head Start programs.
The Center did not receive any federal non-cash assistance, federal loans or federal insurance for the year ended February 28, 2026.
