The City had no federal loan or loan guarantees. For assistance listing numbers 66.458 and 66.468 amounts are awarded by the Environmental Protection Agency to the states as grants which are then provided to subrecipients in the form of loans. For the schedule, subrecipients report project costs incurred under the loans during the project period in accordance with 2 CFR 200.502 (a) of which the City had $11,864,123 for the year ended September 30, 2025. These amounts are considered subawards rather than direct federal loans, therefore, the provisions of 2 CFR 200.502 (b) and (d) do not apply.
There were no other types of federal assistance to be reported that includes endowments, insurance in effect, noncash assistance, donated property or free rent.
