The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Healthy Kids, Inc. under programs of the federal government for the year ended September 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Healthy Kids, Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, activities, or cash flows of Healthy Kids, Inc..
Healthy Kids, Inc. follows the accrual basis of accounting in preparing this schedule. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Uniform Guidance. This method is consistent with the preparation of the Program's financial statements.
Federal reimbursement for the CACFP is based on approved rates for services provided for meals served and administrative rates, not reimbursements of specific expenditures. They do not utilize the 15% de minimis indirect rate.
Healthy Kids, Inc. did not receive any noncash assistance or federally funded insurance during the year ended September 30, 2025.
