Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Sullivan County, New Hampshire (County) under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of 2 CFR Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the County, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position, or cash flows of the County.
During fiscal year 2023, the County received a forgivable loan under the Coronavirus State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds from the New Hampshire Governor’s Office for Emergency Relief and Recovery. Of the amounts reported under Assistance Listing 21.027, the financial statement loan balance at June 30, 2025 is $22,870,537 comprised of $826,453 from fiscal year 2023, $10,778,992 from fiscal 2024, and $11,265,092 from fiscal 2025.
