Notes to SEFA
The accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) includes the federal grant activity of the San Antonio Early Childhood Education Municipal Development Corporation, dba Pre-K 4 SA, under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principals, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (the Uniform Guidance). Therefore, some amounts presented in the Schedule may differ from the amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of, the financial statements.
There were no subrecipients in the current year.
The Corporation has elected not to use the 10 percent de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
There were no loans or loan guarantees during the current year.
