Notes to SEFA
This schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the Authority under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the Authority, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of the Authority.
The Authority provided no awards to subrecipients.
During 2025, the Authority expended approximately $83,000 federal funds awarded under the Airport Rescue Grant (ARG) to assist with concessionaire relief. The Authority expended approximately $13,800,000 of federal funds awarded under Airport Improvement Program (AIP) to assist with taxiway rehabilitation, gate expansion, and terminal modernization. The Authority also expended approximately $12,000 related to public assistance. As of December 31, 2025, all expenditures reported on the Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards had been reimbursed; accordingly, no federal grant receivable was outstanding.
