The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Douglas County School District No. 54, Ralston Public Schools, Ralston, Nebraska, under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in the Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Douglas County School District No. 54, Ralston Public Schools, Ralston, Nebraska, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Douglas County School District No. 54, Ralston Public Schools, Ralston, Nebraska.
Expenditures reported on the Schedule are reported on the modified cash basis of accounting.
Of the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule, Douglas County School District No. 54, Ralston Public Schools, Ralston, Nebraska, provided no federal awards to subrecipients.
The District has elected not to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.
Nonmonetary assistance is reported in the Schedule at the fair market value of the commodities received and disbursed.
