THE ACCOMPANYING SCHEDULE OF EXPENDITURES OF FEDERAL AWARDS INCLUDES THE FEDERAL GRANT ACTIVITY OF NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES, INC. AND SUBSIDIARIES DBA NEIGHBORWORKS BOISE AND IS PRESENTED ON THE ACCRUAL BASIS OF ACCOUNTING. THE INFORMATION IN THIS SCHEDULE IS PRESENTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF TITLE 2 U.S. CODE OF FEDERAL REGULATIONS PART 200, UNIFORM ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENTS, COST PRINCIPLES, AND AUDIT REQUIREMENTS FOR FEDERAL AWARDS (UNIFORM GUIDANCE). THEREFORE, SOME AMOUNTS PRESENTED IN THIS SCHEDULE MAY DIFFER FROM AMOUNTS PRESENTED IN, OR USED IN THE PREPARATION OF, THE BASIC FINANCIAL STATEMENTS.
THE ORGANIZATION HAD THREE LOAN BALANCES OUTSTANDING AT DECEMBER 31, 2025. THE FIRST LOAN IS HUD SECTION 207/223(F) - DAVIS STEWART LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $1,591,117. THE SECOND LOAN IS HUD SECTION 207/223(F) - NORTHWEST POINT LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,254,006. THE THIRD LOAN IS HUD SECTION 207/223(F) - GATEWAY APARTMENTS LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,164,237. THE LOAN BALANCES HAVE CONTINUING COMPLIANCE REQUIREMENTS AND ARE ALSO INCLUDED IN THE FEDERAL EXPENDITURES PRESENTED IN THE SCHEDULE.
