Amigos Del Valle, Inc. and Affiliates has received U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development direct loans under section 202 of the National Housing Act (Assistance Listing #14.157). The loan balances outstanding at the beginning of the year are included in the federal expenditures presented in SEFA.

During the year ended September 30, 2025, Amigos Del Valle, Inc. and Affiliates did not receive any federal awards in the form of non-cash assistance and had no federally funded insurance.
Grant monies received by Amigos Del Valle, Inc. and Affiliates are for specific purposes and are subject to review by the grantor agencies. Such audits may result in requests for reimbursement due to disallowed expenditures. Based upon experience, Amigos Del Valle, Inc. and Affiliates does not believe that such disallowance, if any have a material effect on the combined financial position of Amigos Del Valle, Inc. and Affiliates.
Amigos Del Valle, Inc. and Affiliates is also the sub-recipient of federal funds that have been subject to testing and are reported as expenditures and listed as federal pass-through funds. Federal awards other than those indicated as pass-through are considered to be direct.
Amigos Del Valle, Inc. and Affiliates has received U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development capital advance under Section 202 of the National Housing Act (Assistance Listing #14.157). The Organization entered into capital advance agreements for the Casa VII, Casa VIII, and Casa IX entered into agreements on June 21, 1993, August 02, 1995, and October 16, 1996, respectively.
