Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc., Diocese of St. Augustine under programs of the federal government for the year ended June 30, 2025. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc., it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets, or cash flows of Catholic Charities Bureau, Inc.
The organization passed through $2,240,908 in Food Commodities, CFDA 10.569 and CFDA 10.565, to subrecipients. Food commodities are reported in the schedule at the fair market value of the commodities received and disbursed. At June 30, 2025 the Organization had no USDA food commodities in inventory.
In-kind USDA Food Commodities valued at $2,697,088 (CFDA 10.569) and $818,543 (CFDA 10.565) are included in this schedule. This amount is included in in-kind contributions on the financial statements.
