Notes to SEFA
The District operates a “schoolwide program” in all buildings. Using federal funding, schoolwide programs are designed to upgrade an entire educational program within a school for all students, rather than limit services to certain targeted students. The following federal program amounts were expended by the District in its schoolwide programs: Title I (84.010) - $1,671,139.75 State Basic Education, - $29,116,263.96.
The amount of food commodities reported on the schedule is the market value of commodities received by the School District during the current year. The value is determined by the USDA.
The Wapato School District claimed indirect costs under this grant using its unrestricted rate of 12.77%.
