The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards includes the federal grant activity of Jubilee Academic Center and is presented on the accrual basis of accounting. The information in this schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of the Uniform Guidance, Audits of States, Local Governments, and Non-Profit Organizations. Therefore, some amounts presented in this schedule may differ from amounts presented in, or used in the preparation of the financial statements. De Minimis Rate Used: N Rate Explanation: 3. Jubilee did not elect to use the 10% de minimis indirect cost rate provided by the Uniform Guidance. 2. The expenditures for the child nutrition cluster are reported to the extent of program revenues.
