Noncash federal assistance reported in the SEFA consists of food commodities provided under The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), Assistance Listing 10.569, passed through Roadrunner Food Bank, Inc. Food commodities are reported at estimated fair value. For SEFA purposes, food commodities are recognized as federal awards expended when distributed to beneficiaries or consumed. NMVIC recognized $215,397 of TEFAP commodities during the year ended September 30, 2025.
