The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the “Schedule”) includes the federal award activity of Community Memorial Healthcare, Inc. (CMH) under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2025. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of CMH, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net assets or cash flows of CMH.
CMH received a direct loan from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and a loan that is 90% guaranteed by the USDA. The federal loan program listed in this Schedule is administered directly by CMH, and balances and transactions relating to this program are included in CMH’s basic consolidated financial statements. Loans outstanding at the beginning of the year and loans made during the year are included in the federal expenditures presented in the Schedule. At December 31, 2025, the balance of the direct loan and the guaranteed loan (guaranteed portion only) under the Community Facilities Loan Program, ALN 10.766, was $8,731,222 and $5,494,415, respectively.
