Accounting Policies: NOTE A - BASIS OF PRESENTATIONThe accompanying Schedule of Expenditures of Federal Awards (the Schedule) presents activity of all federal awards programs of Servicios de Salud Primarios de Barceloneta, Inc. D/B/A Atlantic Medical Center All federal awards received directly from federal agencies, as well a federal awards passed through other agencies to Servicios de Salud Primarios de Barceloneta, Inc. D/B/A Atlantic Medical Center are included in the accompanying schedules.The Organization has elected not to use the 10 percent the minimis indirect cost rate allowed under the Uniform Guidance.NOTE B - SUMMARY OF SIGNIFICANT ACCOUNTING POLICIESExpenditures reported on the schedule are reported on the accrual basis of accounting.
