Notes to SEFA
The accompanying schedule of expenditures of federal awards (the Schedule) includes the federal award activity of the City of St. Robert, Missouri under programs of the federal government for the year ended December 31, 2024. The information in this Schedule is presented in accordance with the requirements of Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards (Uniform Guidance). Because the Schedule presents only a selected portion of the operations of the City, it is not intended to and does not present the financial position, changes in net position, or cash flows of the City.
The City did not provide funds to subrecipients in the current year.
Included in the Schedule for the year ended December 31, 2024, is $5,154,956 of federal expenditures under Disaster Grants - Public Assistance, ALN 97.036, that were incurred in a previous fiscal year by the City. The expenditures were identified, submitted and received notice of approval for these items as allowable program expenditures in the current fiscal year, and these expenditures have been reported in the current fiscal year in accordance with reporting requirements.
