State and Federal grants reported on the Governmental Funds Statement of Revenues, Expenditures and Changes in Fund Balance as operating grants and contributions - FEMA disaster relief $2,526,129 and capital grants and contributions $939,520 which amounts to $3,465,649 less Federal portion of MDOT project not subject to single audit of $600,153 and less state portion of grants included in capital grants of $339,367 agrees with expenditures of $2,526,129 reported on the SEFA .
